Bad Shape...

Hasn't been blogging fer the past week.. wasn't really in any condition to blog for once i'm home, i hit the bed straight...

MOAN-DAY

Got in late the previous night.. resulting taking off the first half of the day from work...

It's really a MOAN day..I'm serious..
I was trying to push a carton to another dept when i sprain my back muscles..immediately i collapse to the floor due to the excruciating pain
Tried standing up, leaning against the cabinet...

The first thing that comes to me was.. darn.. not the time of the month again... i usually suffered from such aches when the time of the month is nearing..

However, this time the pain was more intensive. The aching soon spread to my abs muscles.. in between pains & aches.. i really couldn't differentiate what am i facing exactly.. As there was lots of work to rush & to be done.. , i simply could not handle as a few time i tried to walk a short distance .. i would collapse in pain.. colleagues were shocked & was concern if i'm gonna faint anytime..

I was in between laughter & moaning.. i have totally no idea what's happening..
After work, went right to a TCM practitioner along Upper Thomas
He applied acupuncture at my lower back & surprisingly it doesn't hurt a teeny weeny at all... but it got heated up after a while & i fell asleep.. he came waking me up.. I must have slept well.. cuz he actually said I must have had a good sleep

Good Gracious! did i snore???!!! geeez.. that's so very embarrassing. the treatment started ...

It's no-words-in-the-world-could-exist-to describehow the whole treatment felt.... This guy practically man-handled me! he had use the bones at the back of his hands to whacked.. YES.. WHACKED my lower back... i had gritted my teeth so hard that i thought they were gonna cracked into million pieces & dropped off my gums like meteor rain.

Thank GOD it was over in a jiffy, though painful.. i enjoyed it.. haahaa.. sadistic yah... it's always the after effect that follows, I would feel so relaxed & lossen up...

He wanted me to rtn the next day for further treatment.. but i was like.. no no....
Once a week is enough.. not twice!!! i am no egg mixture....

i could walk st8 for quite sometime & pain-free.. but soon the mobsters are back!! sighz.....

Alright.. need to stop here for the daily dosage..beauty sleep!!! might as well for the mobsters are back again...
