Food Galore...pampering treats

It's Deepavali....a joyous festive season for our Hindu society.. however it's well deemed to be another off-day for me....

No hassles of oversleeping & rushing about like a hopping cricket...

At gym.. i reached a new level which gives me further motivation to keep on focusing on my targeted ideal weight.

At Yoga, I scaled a new stunt today which would help to strengthen my back muscles.. I have no idea how weak they were till during Yoga class on Tuesday.

Of cos today's schedules isn't just about work gym..yoga & home... For Chris' sake.. it's a public holiday eve... & we weren't ready to head home obediently after the workout.

We had body combat b4 our Yoga.. I perspire like a running tap & luckily AhVia brought her headband for me so that I would not need to suffer from eye infection.. My perspiration must be darn salty to have caused extreme eye irritation after each class.


When Yoga ended ..neither of us had any remaining energy to work out on the machines..& headed to the shower room to find it all fully occupied....

The thought to check out my weight again pop up & I heaved myself on the scale... satisfaction greeted me.. I'm delirious upon what i had seen... This is just way tooo good to be true... I'm a happy happy gal today..

We settle for Marche as both of us were too drained to walk further than that (Marche is JUST next to the Gym!!!!)

We agree to give ourself a pampering treat for being so hardworking!...

We were craving for brownies & that's our first stop!!!

The presentation isn't really fantastic.. I would called it a fail...
The taste is not too bad.. Ah Via like it though.. i prefer it with the Tabasco sauce with spring onions..



You can see we are really enjoying.........CamWhoring!


Next...my fave.. Rossti with course poRK~~~ Sighzz.. i asked for it to be very toasted... but the Cook just didn't do it.. irritating.. i saw more toasted ones...he said mine is more toasted..ARGHH.. as if I'm BLIND!!!!
